This is a book, sorry if it's too much for some of you lol. I went deep.
All the Arrow boxes are good. Based on your interest in sexy gialli, I think you should start with the black set. They are lesser known in the genre, but all good. _Smile Before Death_ in particular is both highly enjoyable and totally fits the bill. As a longtime fan of the genre I hadn't seen this one before. It was a total revelation for me and immediately went to the top of my favorites. I even bought a German blu of it just to get special features the Arrow disc didn't have. Top tier sexy giallo.
The director of _Smile..._, was more known for _Amuck!_ starring Barbara Bouchet. It's one of my favorite giallo and if you hadn't mentioned the Arrow sets I would have started my sexy giallo list with this. I think all of the blus are currently out of print but catch it where you can because I think you'll like it.
Next Arrow set go with the Sergio Martino one. IMO _The Case of the Scorpion's Tail_ is probably the best constructed giallo as far as the mystery aspect of the plot, and it is sexy for sure. _Your Vice Is A Locked Room..._ is also good and sexy. I don't remember _The Suspicious Death of a Minor_ being sexy at all (not surprising considering the plot), but it is a good giallo/poliziottescho hybrid with a lot of action.
Next, I'll move away from Arrow again and on to Severin, because the top of your list should include their blus of _The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh_ and _All The Colors of the Dark_, two amazing films directed by Martino and starring Edwige Fenech and George Hilton. Also pick up _All The Colors of Giallo_ from Severin, it’s a great doc about the genre, and the disc includes 4-hours of trailers with a great commentary for all of them by Kat Ellinger. Honorable mention goes to _The Case Of The Bloody Iris_, it's not directed by Martino, but it stars Fenech and Hilton. So far it only has a mediocre blu from Shameless in the UK though.
Back to Arrow, I think the next set would be the blue. _Forbidden Photos..._ and the 2 _Death Walks..._ films are prime sexy gialli.
The white box has three of my favorites, the only issue is that _Suspicious Death…_ is already in the Martino box. I don’t think I’d classify _The Iguana With The Tongue Of Fire_ as a “sexy giallo”, because I don’t think sexiness is a defining characteristic of it, but I did really like it, an easy recommend. _The Night Evelyn Came Out Of The Grave_ from Emilio Miraglia is a great gothic/giallo hybrid that is definitely sexy giallo. Also available from Arrow is Miraglia’s other great gothic giallo _The Red Queen Kills Seven Times_ starring Barbara Bouchet. I think almost any film she is in would qualify as sexy. Highly recommended.
Next, the yellow set. _Torso_ is a banger and helped set the template for the slasher genre. Because the focus in this is more on violence (hence its status as proto-slasher), I didn't consider it a sexy giallo, but the more I think about it, I think it is because there is an awful lot of sex and nudity. _Strip Nude For Your Killer_ is a sexy giallo, but despite featuring Edwige, it's never been a favorite of mine. And _What Have They Done..._ is, like _Suspicious Death…_, a giallo/poliziottescho hybrid, and also like that film I think the plot precludes it from being a sexy giallo. It’s recommended though, great film with an amazing cast.
Finally, the red set. It has two great films, _The Fifth Cord_ and _The Possessed_, both from director Luigi Bazzoni, (the 3rd film, _The Pyjama Girl Case_ is not from him and IMO just mid-tier). The Bazzoni films are two of my favorite gialli, but I don't think of either as being "sexy giallo". I love them, but they are missing the sleaze factor many gialli have. I still highly recommended them, especially _The Fifth Cord_.
Other sexy giallo I think you'd like not in these sets -
Most 1960's gialli classify as sexy giallo, and while they aren't as explicit as their 70's counterparts, they are just as good. Lucio Fulci’s _Perversion Story_ (Mondo Macabro) is filled with killer 60's style, has an incredible jazzy soundtrack and an amazing cast.
I see _The Laughing Woman_ (also Mondo Macabro) on some giallo lists, but I'm not even sure what genre I'd put this in. Regardless, this criminally underseen gem has incredible production design with style off the fucking charts, is very sexy and perverse, and has one of the great plot twists. Highly recommended.
_Deadly Sweet_ (Cult Epics DVD) is a rare giallo from erotic cinema legend Tinto Brass. It's surprisingly restrained considering his later films, but I guess it's still pretty sexy. I should also mention _Death Laid An Egg_ (Cult Epics) as it shares cast. It's actually sexier and deals with more sexual themes, but it's also a lot quirkier, and that's saying something. These would be very high on a list of my favorite gialli, but not as high on a specifically "sexy" list though both make it on.
_The Complete Lenzi/Baker Giallo Collection_ (Severin) & _The Sweet Body Of Deborah_ are all classic 60s/early 70s gialli starring Carroll Baker. She lends all these films a level of class many gialli lack, and they may be less explicit than some of the other films here but compared to what she did in Hollywood, it still did push boundaries. _Body..._ is the hardest of these films to find on blu, but I think it's the best in the bunch, so it's worth looking for.
Back to the 1970's, _Five Dolls For An August Moon_ is a film from Mario Bava, who IMO is one of the greatest films directors ever and was the creator of the giallo as we know it. This is the only film from him I would consider a "sexy giallo", it's not his best, but it has an early turn from Edwige and Bava on a bad day is still better than most. His 1964 film _Blood & Black Lace_ is not just on the top of my favorite gialli, but one of my favorite films period, and the film that defined the giallo genre. The cast is filled with beautiful models (it takes place primarily in a fashion house), but I'd say it is more "glamorous" than "sexy". Still the new Arrow UHD of it is so damn good and it's a foundation of the genre.
It's getting late and I'm almost done with work where I've been writing this, so I'll rush through these last few.
Some would disagree, but I don't think any of Dario Argento's gialli are particularly "sexy". Many are classics of the genre, but I think _Opera_ is as close as he gets to "sexy giallo" IMO. Maybe _Tenebrae_ too?
_Slaughter Hotel_ is bananas - it takes place in a psychiatric hospital for women run by Klaus Kinski and a perverted nurse, the patients can roam the halls freely and it doubles as a museum for medieval weaponry and torture devices. It's full of sleaze and sex, and I'm sure with all of the weaponry lying around, nothing bad will happen. I wouldn't say it's a "great" movie, but I enjoy the hell out of it.
_What Have You Done To Solange?_ (Arrow) is classic giallo. It is has plenty of nudity, but I wonder if the themes and heavy ending preclude it from being a "sexy giallo"? Regardless, it's great. Check out Vinegar Syndrome's _Camille Keaton in Italy_ box set (Camille plays Solange). They aren't giallo, but if you are looking a weird, sexy Italian film, any one of the films here will do. Out of the 3, I especially liked _Madeleine_. It borders on giallo and is super sexy. If it was a straight up giallo, it would be near the top of my list.
_The Corruption Of Chris Miller_ is an amazing Spanish giallo that is very sexy, very thrilling and pretty violent, so it's perfect here. I think it's one of the best films Vinegar Syndrome has put out.
_Giallo In Venice_, _Play Motel_ and _The Killer Is Still Among Us_ are all super sleazy, mostly explicit gialli. They aren't particularly good, but they are graphic and have tons of sexual content. _The French Sex Murders_ is older so it's a bit more sedate, but I lump it with the others because they all seem like they just wanted an excuse to film naked people and murder rather than make a good film, not that there's anything wrong with that lol.
_Plot of Fear_, _Nine Guests For A Crime_, _Hotel Fear_ and Lamberto Bava's _A Blade In The Dark_ and _Delirium_ are all perfect for this list, but I'm all out of steam.
My list of top giallo in general would be in a different order because I picked the order of this list based on a mix of the film quality and how it works as “sexy giallo”, not just which ones I think are the best. Having said that, I think these still mostly range from pretty good to amazing.
