This was a nice month. I finally finished [[Moonfall#The Starless Crown]] which I started many months ago. Hopefully I can write a short review soon, but in short: I loved it! It's a 4-part series, with the last entry releasing at the end of the year. They are quite long, but very enjoyable and the world building is awesome.
I also read [[Books/Trang Thanh Tran#They Bloom At Night]], which got my attention because of the cover, and then I saw it's from the same author of [[Books/Trang Thanh Tran|She Is A Haunting]]! I love when I find a cool book when I'm randomly browsing a bookstore, specially when it's an indie store.
[[A Rip Through Time#Death at a Highland Wedding]] is the 4th novel of a series I really enjoy! And Kelley Armstrong is such a great writer. It was slightly less awesome than the other 3 novels, but still great!
As for non fiction, I finally decided to read [[Steve L. Brusatte#The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs]], and it was a great as everyone says. If you have any interest in dinosaurs or paleontology, it's a must read. I started The Rise And Reign of the Mammals, b ut didn't progress much, as I decided to continue reading The Starless Crown.

## Currently Reading
Currently, I paused The Backyard Bird Chronicles, which I only read a bit. I'm at 85% of Queen of Poisons (audiobook) and 39% on The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess Vol. 3 (Kobo).
Queen of Poisons is not as good as the first couple entries, unfortunately. And I think most of that is because the main character (Judith) get more unlikeable on every new novel. It's a bit disappointing, but it happens. Also, on the first book, her work as a crosswords setter (?) was more important to the plot, and also more mentioned during the book, which I think worked better - specially viewing through the lens of a cozy mystery lover.
I'll likely start reading The Cradle of Ice (Moonfall #2) soon, or maybe The Burial Plot.
